Chocolate marshmallow cake with ganache
1 boxchocolate cake mix
1/2 jar(s)caramel sauce
3 Tbspcocoa powder
8 Tbsppowdered sugar
How to Make Chocolate marshmallow cake with ganache
- Poke holes in cake. Poor caramel sauce over cake while still warm.
Adds incredible moisture.
Bring butter, milk and cocoa to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Add 8 heaping T of powdered sugar to hot mixture and blend well.
Note: x2 for ganache is my preferred method. The second portion served warm on the side so guests can add to their serving.
