Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 bag marshmallows
- 1/2 jar caramel sauce
- 3 - eggs
- - cooking oil
- GANACHE
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 stick butter
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 8 tablespoons powdered sugar
How To Make chocolate marshmallow cake with ganache

Step 1Mix cake according to directions on box. Bake.

Step 2Poke holes in cake. Poor caramel sauce over cake while still warm. Adds incredible moisture.

Step 3Place marshmallows atop cake immediately after caramel has been added. You want these to partially melt. I like the flat large marshmallows for this but any will work.

Step 4Drizzle caramel sauce over marshmallows Once cooled. Make ganache and pour over cake.

Step 5Ganache Bring butter, milk and cocoa to a boil. Remove from heat. Add 8 heaping T of powdered sugar to hot mixture and blend well. Drizzle. Note: x2 for ganache is my preferred method. The second portion served warm on the side so guests can add to their serving.
