Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 6 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon calumet baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 tablespoon chocolate extract
- 1 cup chocolate milk - powder
- 8 oz. cream cheese - softened

Step 1Preheat oven to 350

Step 2Beat butter in large mixing bowl until softened on medium speed

Step 3Gradually add sugar until light and fluffy

Step 4Soften cream cheese in microwave for 15 -20 seconds

Step 5Add cream cheese and vanilla

Step 6Add eggs one at a time beating well after each

Step 7Combine flour,salt and baking powder

Step 8Add to butter mixture beat until well blended

Step 9Pour about 1/3 of batter into small bowl

Step 10Add chocolate extract & syrup into this mixture blend together

Step 11Pour batter into greased and floured 12 cup bundt pan alternating the mixtures OR pour regular batter in bundt pan first, dust with layer of powdered chocolate drink mix THEN add chocolate batter mixture

Step 12Bake about 52 - 55 mins or until toothpick inserted comes out clean Cool about 10 mins. Invert onto serving dish(plate) Dust top with powdered sugar. ENJOY
