Ingredients
- 4 ounces butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup good quality cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- - dash of salt
How To Make chocolate madeleines

Step 1Heat over to 375. Spray or butter pan.

Step 2In bowl cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; beat in eggs one at a time.

Step 3In another bowl combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir into creamed mixture until well blended. Drop batter by rounds in to prepared pan.

Step 4Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
