How to Make Chocolate madeleines
- Heat over to 375. Spray or butter pan.
- In bowl cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; beat in eggs one at a time.
- In another bowl combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir into creamed mixture until well blended. Drop batter by rounds in to prepared pan.
- Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
