Looks so yummy .. what is better than a cup of coffee and some madeleines!!

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup good quality cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • - dash of salt

How To Make chocolate madeleines

  • Step 1
    Heat over to 375. Spray or butter pan.
  • Step 2
    In bowl cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; beat in eggs one at a time.
  • Step 3
    In another bowl combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir into creamed mixture until well blended. Drop batter by rounds in to prepared pan.
  • Step 4
    Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
