Ingredients
- 1 box cake mix, devils food
- 1/2 stick melted butter (real)
- 4 - eggs
- 1 package 8 oz philly cream cheese
- 1 pound box powered sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
How To Make chocolate gooey butter cake

Step 1Base: Mix 1 box cake mix, 2 eggs and 1/2 cup melted butter. Mix well, spread into a 9x12 cake pan. It is best to mix the eggs and melted butter together then add to cake mix: *NOTE: let the melted butter cool first.

Step 2TOPPING: Cream eggs and Cream Cheese together until smooth, mix in your XXX-Sugar until well blended: Poour toppping onto cake mixture, top with remaining xxx-sugar and chopped pecans(pecans;optional) * NOTE: Save about 1/4 cup of xxx-sugar aside.

Step 3Bake at 350 deg. for 35 minutes
