How to Make Chocolate Ganache

Step-by-Step

  1. process chips and butter
  2. bring cream and sugar to a boil
  3. in a double boiler, place chocolate and butter mixture and on low heat let it slowly melt.
  4. as the chocolate and butter mixture melts,add vanilla and slowly add in cream and sugar mixture until both are combined and smooth.
  5. let cool before using. do not refrigerate.
