How to Make Chocolate Ganache
- process chips and butter
- bring cream and sugar to a boil
- in a double boiler, place chocolate and butter mixture and on low heat let it slowly melt.
- as the chocolate and butter mixture melts,add vanilla and slowly add in cream and sugar mixture until both are combined and smooth.
- let cool before using. do not refrigerate.
