Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate chip
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1-3 tablespoon butter (adds shine)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make chocolate ganache

  • Step 1
    process chips and butter
  • Step 2
    bring cream and sugar to a boil
  • Step 3
    in a double boiler, place chocolate and butter mixture and on low heat let it slowly melt.
  • Step 4
    as the chocolate and butter mixture melts,add vanilla and slowly add in cream and sugar mixture until both are combined and smooth.
  • Step 5
    let cool before using. do not refrigerate.
