- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1process chips and butter

Step 2bring cream and sugar to a boil

Step 3in a double boiler, place chocolate and butter mixture and on low heat let it slowly melt.

Step 4as the chocolate and butter mixture melts,add vanilla and slowly add in cream and sugar mixture until both are combined and smooth.

Step 5let cool before using. do not refrigerate.
