Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate
- 1 tablespoon butter, unsalted
- 1 tablespoon red wine, dry
- - pound cake
- - bananas
- - strawberries, fresh
How To Make chocolate fondue

Step 1If not in chip form, chop bittersweet chocolate into small pieces.

Step 2Combine sugar, heavy cream, chocolate and butter in a microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes (pull out when melted).

Step 3Add red wine (I used Cabernet Sauvignon) to the chocolate mixture and stir to blend.

Step 4Serve with bite-size pieces of pound cake, bananas and strawberries for dipping.
