whole graham crackers

package instant vanilla pudding
3 c
milk
8 oz
whipped topping

GLAZE INGREDIENTS

1 c
sugar
1/8 tsp
salt
1/3 c
cocoa
1/4 c
milk
1/4 c
butter
1 tsp
vanilla extract

How to Make Chocolate Eclair Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Butter 13 x 9 inch pan and cover bottom with a layer of whole graham crackers.
  • 2Mix pudding mix and milk beating well.
  • 3Fold in whipped topping.
  • 4Spread half of mixture over crackers in pan.
  • 5Cover with another layer of crackers.
  • 6Spread remaining mix over crackers.
  • 7Top with a layer of crackers.
  • 8In saucepan, combine sugar, salt, cocoa and milk.
  • 9Bring to a boil and boil one minute.
  • 10Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
  • 11Beat until smooth and spread on top of crackers.
  • 12Refrigerate.
  • 13Much more delicious if not served until next day.
