Ingredients
- 1 box whole graham crackers
- 6 ounces package instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 8 ounces whipped topping
- GLAZE INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make chocolate eclair cake

Step 1Butter 13 x 9 inch pan and cover bottom with a layer of whole graham crackers.

Step 2Mix pudding mix and milk beating well.

Step 3Fold in whipped topping.

Step 4Spread half of mixture over crackers in pan.

Step 5Cover with another layer of crackers.

Step 6Spread remaining mix over crackers.

Step 7Top with a layer of crackers.

Step 8In saucepan, combine sugar, salt, cocoa and milk.

Step 9Bring to a boil and boil one minute.

Step 10Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.

Step 11Beat until smooth and spread on top of crackers.

Step 12Refrigerate.

Step 13Much more delicious if not served until next day.
