Ingredients

  • 1 box whole graham crackers
  • 6 ounces package instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • GLAZE INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make chocolate eclair cake

  • Step 1
    Butter 13 x 9 inch pan and cover bottom with a layer of whole graham crackers.
  • Step 2
    Mix pudding mix and milk beating well.
  • Step 3
    Fold in whipped topping.
  • Step 4
    Spread half of mixture over crackers in pan.
  • Step 5
    Cover with another layer of crackers.
  • Step 6
    Spread remaining mix over crackers.
  • Step 7
    Top with a layer of crackers.
  • Step 8
    In saucepan, combine sugar, salt, cocoa and milk.
  • Step 9
    Bring to a boil and boil one minute.
  • Step 10
    Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
  • Step 11
    Beat until smooth and spread on top of crackers.
  • Step 12
    Refrigerate.
  • Step 13
    Much more delicious if not served until next day.
