This chocolate eclair cake is sure to satisfy a chocolate fix. This classic no-bake dessert is layers of goodness. The pudding layer is creamy and softens the graham cracker layer. Hot fudge is poured over the top and garnished with maraschino cherries. Once chilled, you get all of the flavors of an eclair without the work.

Ingredients
- 2 boxes instant French vanilla pudding (3.4 oz each)
- 3 cups milk
- 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 box graham crackers
- 1 jar hot fudge topping (11.75 oz)
- 1 jar maraschino cherries (12 oz)
How To Make chocolate eclair cake

Step 1Using an electric blender or wire whisk, blend pudding and milk in a large bowl until smooth.

Step 2Stir in Cool Whip.

Step 3Stir until creamy and well combined.

Step 4Line the bottom of a 9x13 pan with graham crackers.

Step 5Pour and spread half of the pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers.

Step 6Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding mixture.

Step 7Spread the remaining pudding mixture onto the graham crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers.

Step 8Place hot fudge topping in a microwavable bowl and heat for 1 minute. Stir and heat for 1 minute more. Stir again and pour over the top layer of the graham crackers. Spread until smooth.

Step 9Garnish top with maraschino cherries. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or, for best results, overnight.
