Ingredients
- 1 box graham crackers
- 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups cold milk
- 8 ounces cool whip
- ICING
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make chocolate eclair cake

Step 1Layer 9 x 13 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Mix pudding and milk until thick. Add Cool Whip. Spread 1/3 mixture over crackers. Continue until all ingredients are used up.

Step 2Mix sugar, cocoa and milk. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla. Pour over top.

Step 3Chill 6-8 hours before slicing.
