Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • ICING
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make chocolate eclair cake

  • Step 1
    Layer 9 x 13 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Mix pudding and milk until thick. Add Cool Whip. Spread 1/3 mixture over crackers. Continue until all ingredients are used up.
  • Step 2
    Mix sugar, cocoa and milk. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla. Pour over top.
  • Step 3
    Chill 6-8 hours before slicing.
