  • 1 box
    graham crackers
  • 2 small
    boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 c
    cold milk
  • 8 oz
    cool whip

  • 1 c
  • 1/3 c
    cocoa powder
  • 1/4 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1 stick
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Chocolate Eclair Cake


  1. Layer 9 x 13 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Mix pudding and milk until thick. Add Cool Whip. Spread 1/3 mixture over crackers. Continue until all ingredients are used up.
  2. Mix sugar, cocoa and milk. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla. Pour over top.
  3. Chill 6-8 hours before slicing.
