How to Make Chocolate Eclair Cake
- 1Mix pudding according to package directions. Add cool whip to pudding.
- 2Layer graham crackers in 9x9 baking dish. Add layer of pudding mix. Repeat layers ending with a layer of crackers.
- 3Microwave frosting until melted. Pour over final cracker layer. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
