    graham crackers
  • 1 box
    5.1 oz instant vanilla pudding
  • 8 oz
    cool whip topping
  • 16 oz
    tub chocolate frosting
  • ·
    milk for pudding

How to Make Chocolate Eclair Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix pudding according to package directions. Add cool whip to pudding.
  2. Layer graham crackers in 9x9 baking dish. Add layer of pudding mix. Repeat layers ending with a layer of crackers.
  3. Microwave frosting until melted. Pour over final cracker layer. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
