audra's chocolate delight
I made this recipe up for my boss Mr. Bill more years ago than I'd like to account for. He was a chocoholic and the more chocolate the better. So if your a Chocolate lover you'll really love this one. I borrowed this photo. But next time I make a cake I'll post it,

Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 6 ounces bag semi sweet mini chocolate chips
- 2 3/4 ounces bag chopped pecans
- 5 1/2 ounces hersheys syrup
- ICING
- 2-12 ounces cool whip
- 1-8 ounce cream cheese
- 2-4 1/2 ounces instand chocolate jello pudding
- 1 1/2 cups pecans chopped finely
How To Make audra's chocolate delight

Step 1Mix cake as directions on box say. Mix till smooth.

Step 2Then add mini chocolate chips, pecans and chocolate syrup. Bake in two round cake pans as mix says. Let cool 5 minutes then put on wire racks. cake should be totally cool before icing.

Step 3Mix Cool whip and cream cheese until smooth (should be at room temperature till soft) then mix chocolate pudding and mix till smooth. After Icing cake keep in refrigerator.This keeps it moist!

Step 4Note: I've cut the cakes in two , put in freeze for 30 minutes . and made a double batch of Icing. This makes a beautiful 4 layer treat! So yummy!!!!!
