Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 - egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
How To Make chocolate crumb cake

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Grease 9\" square baking pan.

Step 3In large mixer bowl, stir flour and sugar together.

Step 4Remove 1/2 cup of mixture.

Step 5Set aside.

Step 6Stir baking soda, baking powder and salt into remaining flour.

Step 7Add butter, egg, milk and chocolate syrup.

Step 8Beat until well blended.

Step 9Pour into prepared pan.

Step 10Sprinkle reserved flour mixture over top.

Step 11Bake 30-35 minutes or until done.

Step 12Serve warm or at room temperature.
