Ingredients
- 1ST LAYER
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can hershey's syrup
- 2ND LAYER
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons green creme de menthe'
- 3RD LAYER
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
How To Make chocolate creme de menthe' squares

Step 11st layer: Cream the sugar and butter together, add and beat in the eggs, flour, vanilla, salt and Hershey syrup. Pour into an ungreased 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 for a half and hour. Cool

Step 22nd layer: Cream the butter and Creme de menthe' together, slowly add the powdered sugar and beat until very creamy. Spread over cooled 1st layer. Refrigerate to set.

Step 33rd layer: In microwave, stirring ever 30 seconds, or in a saucepan, melt together chocolate chips and butter together, cool until lukewarm. Then spread over 2nd layer. Refrigerate to set.
