Ingredients
- 1-3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa, unsweetened
- 1-3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup sour cream, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup buttermilk, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup boiling hot water
- CREAM CHEESE FILLING
- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make chocolate cream cheese bundt cake

Step 1Whisk the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt together in a large bowl. Set aside.

Step 2Mix the oil, eggs, sour cream, buttermilk and vanilla together until combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, add the hot water and beat until the batter is completely combined. Set aside.

Step 3Beat the cream cheese and beat in the remaining ingredients until combined.

Step 4Pour half of the chocolate batter evenly into greased and floured Buntdt pan. Spread all the cream cheese filling evenly on top.

Step 5Avoid touching the sides of the pan. Pour remaining chocolate batter evenly on top.

Step 6Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 65 minutes. Once done, remove from oven and allow to cool for 2 hours. Then invert onto a wire rack. Allow cake to cool completely, then refrigerate 2 hours. You can top with salted caramel or chocolate ganache.
