chocolate covered cake balls
I used chocolate cake with chocolate frosting but you can use a wide variety of combinations, i also tried to cover some of mine with white chocolate but found that it didn't melt as well as the milk chocolate and made it harder to coat

Ingredients
- 1 box your favorite cake mix
- 1 can your favorite flavor frosting
- 4 cups nesle's milk chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons crisco shortning
How To Make chocolate covered cake balls

Step 1Bake your cake as directed on box, let cool when cool crumble into large bowl mix in can of frosting

Step 2roll out bite size ball by hand or use mellon baller place balls on wax paper, place in freezer for 1-2 hours

Step 3place chocolate chips in small bowl with shortning melt in microwave taking out and stiring every 15-20 seconds until melted

Step 4useing toothpicks dip balls in melted chocolate and cover then place back on wax. refrigerate overnight
