  pre heat over to 350 melt butter in 9x13 dish. in medium bowl stir flour, sugar and cocoa powder. stir in milk and vanilla until smooth. spoon mixed ingredients over the melted butter in dish. 2 cups sugar 1/2 cup cocoa powder mix sugar and cocoa and sprinkle over the cake mix. slowly pour 2 1/2 cups of boiling water over the entire mixture. do not stirsugar, water andcocoa all together. dish will be heavy so be careful! I pour my water in with the dish on the over shelf...bake for 40-45 min.

  goes well with some ice cream or whipped but its rich enough so i dont think you need it with it. happy eating
