- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 - eggs
- TOPPING INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Grease and lightly flour 13x9 pan.

Step 3In small bowl, combine all topping/streusel ingredients; mix well.

Step 4Set aside.

Step 5In large bowl, combine all coffee cake ingredients at low speed until moistened.

Step 6Beat 2 minutes at highest speed.

Step 7Spread 2/3 of batter in prepared pan; sprinkle with half of topping/streusel mix.

Step 8Repeat with remaining batter and top with streusel mix.

Step 9Bake for 35-50 minutes, or until cake tests done in center.
