·powdered sugar to make a soft, runny icing

2/3 ccaramel topping

3/4 cmini morsels

3/4 cpecan piesce
How to Make Chocolate Chip Muffin Cake
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Prepare an 8x8 in. or 9x9 in. baking pan - grease lightly and flour lightly.
for a large cake, use greased and floured 9x13 in. pan - Pour muffin mix(es) into a large cooking bowl.
- Add liquid ingedients,one at a time - slowly. Do not over beat the mixture. When well blended, pour into the pan. Bake as directed, checking at 25 min. Add more time, testing every 5 min. Knife should come out clean.
- Cool - you can serve it warm or cooled.
Drizzle white frosting over or serve with a drizzle of chocolate syrup or both. Try caramel topping, warmed in the microwave.
Add 1 tsp mini morsels plua 1 tsp pecan pieces over caramel topping
Or serve with vanilla or fudge stripe ice cream
