Ingredients

118 oz pkg refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough

18 oz pkg cream cheese, softened

1/3 csugar
-
1/2 tspvanilla
-
1/2 tspcocoa powder
How to Make Chocolate chip cheesecakes
- Heat oven to 325. Spray a mini muffin tin w/ cooking spray. Slice cookie dough into 24 slices.Roll each slice into a ball. Place each ball into muffin tins.
- Press down into center of each ball, making an indentation. Bake 10-12 mins, or until light brown.
Remove from oven and w/ a spoon, make an indentation in center of each shell. - Cool, then remove shells from tins. In bowl, w/ mixer on medium, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spoon 1 tsp filling into each shell. Dust tops w/ cocoa powder.
