This is a creamy, delicious, melt in your mouth cheesecake. Everyone will think you are the best baker and they will have no idea how easy it is to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup miniature chocolate chips

How To Make chocolate chip cheesecake

  • Step 1
    Combine crumbs and butter for crust; press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan.
  • Step 2
    Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour until well blended, mixing with electric mixer.
  • Step 4
    Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
  • Step 5
    Blend in sour cream and vanilla
  • Step 6
    Stir in chocolate pieces; pour over crust.
  • Step 7
    Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes.
  • Step 8
    Cool and chill.
