Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 2 packages instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • GLAZE
  • - powdered sugar
  • - butter or margarine, melted
  • - vanilla extract
  • - milk

How To Make chocolate chip cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees (for light pan) or 325 degrees (for dark pan). Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt or tube pan.
  • Step 2
    Sift cake mix and pudding mixture. Add water, oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in 1 (12 ounce) pkg. Nestle's chocolate chips.
  • Step 3
    Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour, for light pan; 1 hour and 10-15 minutes for dark pan. Cool.
  • Step 4
    GLAZE: Use powdered sugar, butter, milk and vanilla to make a glaze. Use your own judgment on how much of what to use. Drizzle over hot cake.
