Measure all ingredients except last three, in large bowl; blend 1/2 minute on low speed, scraping constantly.
Beat 3 minutes on high speed, scraping occasionally; pour into pans and bake 40-45 minutes or clean pick.
Cool, spread with glaze, made out of remaining ingredients.
Heat ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted. slightly cool and spread on cake - VERY RICH!
