I love this recipe because it's banana bread in a cake pan!

Ingredients

1 cup butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
2 - eggs
2 cups ripe, mashed bananas
6 tablespoons milk
4 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1- 12oz packages chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts, (optional)

How To Make chocolate chip banana cake

Step 1

In a small bowl combine bananas and milk. Set aside.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Set aside.
Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add this mixture to creamed mixture alternately with banana mixture. Mix well.
Step 4

Fold in chocolate chip and walnuts.
Step 5

Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 250-350 until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. About 40-45 minutes.
