chocolate chip banana bundt cake
This recipe came from a cookbook, and I love to make it because it is so easy and my husband loves it! It's not my original recipe, but it is worth sharing!

Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
- 1 - mashed bananas
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 ounces chocolate chips
- GANACHE FROSTING
- 6 ounces chocolate chips melted
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
How To Make chocolate chip banana bundt cake

Step 1Mix cake mix, vanilla pudding and baking powder together.

Step 2Add eggs, water, oil, sour cream and bananas.

Step 3Mix until all ingredients are moistened and smooth.

Step 4Last add chocolate chips. Pour into sprayed bundt pan and bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm on top.

Step 5Cool, invert onto plate. Melt the chocolate chips in double boiler until smooth. Add the whipping cream and mix well. Spread chocolate ganache over top of cake letting it drip down sides.
