Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- FOR THE FROSTING:
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
How To Make chocolate cherry cake

Step 1For the cake; mix the eggs by hand, add the vanilla and cherry pie filling, and combine. Add the cake mix and mix by hand until blended.

Step 2Pour batter into a jelly roll pan. Bake 350 degrees for 15 - 20 min. Cool.

Step 3While cake is baking make frosting.

Step 4Bring milk, sugar, butter, salt and instant coffee to a boil. Boil for one minute. Take off heat and add chocolate chip. Stir until blended. Cool. Frost cake when cake is cool.
