How to Make Chocolate Cherry Cake
1For the cake; mix the eggs by hand, add the vanilla and cherry pie filling, and combine. Add the cake mix and mix by hand until blended.
2Pour batter into a jelly roll pan. Bake 350 degrees for 15 - 20 min. Cool.
3While cake is baking make frosting.
4Bring milk, sugar, butter, salt and instant coffee to a boil. Boil for one minute. Take off heat and add chocolate chip. Stir until blended. Cool. Frost cake when cake is cool.
