Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 12 ounces hershey's chocolate syrup
- 10 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 - 8 oz packages cool whip
- GARNISH:
- - dark chocolate bar piece
- - whipped cream, unsweetened
- - multicolored sprinkles
- - maraschino cherry
How To Make chocolate cheesecake mousse

Step 1Place the chips in a microwave safe bowl & microwave for 1 1/2 minutes stirring after 1 minute. Stir until melted & shiny; then add syrup & stir until blended.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine melted chocoaltes, cream cheese, sugar & vanilla; mix well.

Step 3Fold in cool whip adding 1/2 of the container at a time.

Step 4FANCY PRESENTATION: Using a pastry bag fitteed with large star tip, pipe into wine glasses, champagne flutes or other serving glasses. Garnish with whipped cream, dark chocolate piece, sprinkles & a cherry!
