Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces hershey's chocolate syrup
  • 10 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 - 8 oz packages cool whip
  • GARNISH:
  • - dark chocolate bar piece
  • - whipped cream, unsweetened
  • - multicolored sprinkles
  • - maraschino cherry

How To Make chocolate cheesecake mousse

  • Step 1
    Place the chips in a microwave safe bowl & microwave for 1 1/2 minutes stirring after 1 minute. Stir until melted & shiny; then add syrup & stir until blended.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, combine melted chocoaltes, cream cheese, sugar & vanilla; mix well.
  • Step 3
    Fold in cool whip adding 1/2 of the container at a time.
  • Step 4
    FANCY PRESENTATION: Using a pastry bag fitteed with large star tip, pipe into wine glasses, champagne flutes or other serving glasses. Garnish with whipped cream, dark chocolate piece, sprinkles & a cherry!
