semisweet or milk chocolate chips
1/3 c
butter or margarine
2 c
graham cracker crumbs
1 c
chopped walnuts or peacans

FILLING

3/4 c
sugar
1/3 c
boiling water
1/4 c
(1/2 stick) butter or margerine
1 c
nonfat dry milk
1 pkg
(8oz) cream cheese
1 large
egg
1 tsp
vanilla

How to Make chocolate cheesecake bars

Step-by-Step

  • 1combine choc chips,butter in metal bowl place over hot water. stir until melted add crumbs,nuts
  • 2grease 13x9 baking pan press half of mixture in pan in sauce pan,combine sugar,water bring to a boil stir until sugar is dissolved add butter
  • 3place dry milk into sm bowl beat in butter mixture beat 1 min until smooth beat in crean cheese,egg,vanilla until creamy pour into crumb-lined pan top with remaining crumb mixture bake 350 for 25 to 30 min chill
