My family loves this cake. If I bring a dessert they always ask me to make my chocolate cake my nephews love this cake.

Ingredients

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 - large eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup crisco oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 cup hershery's cocoa
1 cup boiling water

How To Make chocolate cake

Step 1

Add first 9 ingredients in a bowl and mix on medium speed of your mixer. Then add you cup of Boiling water. Batter will be thin.

Step 2

You can use either 2 8 inch round cake pans or a 9 x13 pan. Grease and flour pans. Bake at 350 for 28 to 30 minutes in 2 8 inch cake pans or 30 to 35 minutes in a 9 x13 pan. Please check with toothpick to make sure your cake is done.
