Ingredients

  • 2 c
    all purpose flour, sifted
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 c
    butter, room temperature
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 4 oz
    chocolate, unsweetened squares, melted
  • 1 can(s)
    fudge frosting

How to Make Chocolate Cake w/ Fudge Frosting....

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350F. Lightly grease & flour recttgular 13x9x2 inch cake pan.
  2. beat the first 8 ingredients together. in a large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds with mixer & scrape bowl constantly. Then beat on high for 3 mins & make sure to scrape down the bowl.
  3. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 30 to 35 mins & let cool for 10 mins,then remove from pan & let completely cool.
  4. Frost cake with frosting.
