baking soda
1 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
2/3 c
oil
2 c
sugar

eggs
1 c
milk
1 c
brewed coffee
1 tsp
vanilla extract

ICING

1-8 oz
cream cheese
1/4 c
peanut butter
2 c
powdered sugar
2 Tbsp
milk
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 c
chocolate chips-opt

How to Make Chocolate Cake /Peanut Butter icing

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cake-mix all dry ingredients then add oil eggs milk coffee an mix.Grease 13x9 pan bake 350 for 35-40 minutes. Note- Coffee be room temp
  • 2Icing-cream together milk cream cheese vanilla peanut butter.Add powdered sugar 1 cup at a time until well mixed.Frost cooled cake decorate with chocolate chips if desired.Note- you can ice this cake with your favorite icing or none at all
