Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ICING
  • 1-8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips-opt

How To Make chocolate cake /peanut butter icing

  • Step 1
    Cake-mix all dry ingredients then add oil eggs milk coffee an mix.Grease 13x9 pan bake 350 for 35-40 minutes. Note- Coffee be room temp
  • Step 2
    Icing-cream together milk cream cheese vanilla peanut butter.Add powdered sugar 1 cup at a time until well mixed.Frost cooled cake decorate with chocolate chips if desired.Note- you can ice this cake with your favorite icing or none at all
