- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ICING
- 1-8 ounce cream cheese
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips-opt

Step 1Cake-mix all dry ingredients then add oil eggs milk coffee an mix.Grease 13x9 pan bake 350 for 35-40 minutes. Note- Coffee be room temp

Step 2Icing-cream together milk cream cheese vanilla peanut butter.Add powdered sugar 1 cup at a time until well mixed.Frost cooled cake decorate with chocolate chips if desired.Note- you can ice this cake with your favorite icing or none at all
