Ingredients

4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 - egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoons chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)

How To Make chocolate cake in a mug aka instant chocolate cake

Step 1

Place all dry ingredients in a large microwave safe coffee mug

Step 2

Add egg and mix well
Step 3

Add oil and milk and mix well
Step 4

Add vanilla and optionals and mix well
Step 5

place mug un microwave and cook on high for 3 minutes
Step 6

Allow to cool and enjoy right out of the mug or tip out into a bowl,( great with ice cream while still Warm)
