This is such a quick treat when you don't have time and want something sweet. I got this recipe from my girlfriend. Its been a big hit at our house.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp
    cake flour
  • 4 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 1
    egg
  • 3 Tbsp
    milk
  • 3 Tbsp
    oil
  • dash(es)
    vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp
    chocolate chips (optional)

How to Make Chocolate Cake in a Mug

Step-by-Step

  1. Add your dry ingredients to the coffe mug, Mix well with a fork, add egg and mix well. Add milk,oil,and vanilla, mix well. Place the Mug in the microwave and cook on high for 3 minutes. If using Chocolate chips just add to the batter. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
