This is such a quick treat when you don't have time and want something sweet. I got this recipe from my girlfriend. Its been a big hit at our house.

4 tablespoons cake flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 - egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
dash vanilla
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)

How To Make chocolate cake in a mug

Step 1

Add your dry ingredients to the coffe mug, Mix well with a fork, add egg and mix well. Add milk,oil,and vanilla, mix well. Place the Mug in the microwave and cook on high for 3 minutes. If using Chocolate chips just add to the batter. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
