I was asked to make a cake for my grandson's wedding rehearsal dinner. It was a big hit, everyone loved it.

Ingredients

package betty crocker or any other chocolate cake mix follow directions on box
1/4 to 1/2 cup frys cocoa powder, sifted to remove lumps
1 - 2 tablespoons cinnamon powder

How To Make chocolate cake

Step 1

Make mix as directed, add cocoa powder and cinnamon. bake cake as directed

Step 2

After cooling cake torte and use a rasberry puree for filling. I just pushed the rasberries through a sieve, this worked perfectly. After damming the cake with icing I put this puree on the cake layers.
Step 3

Decorate as desired and enjoy. This cake froze well and was super moist. I froze it for one week, because I had to spend time making the decorations. Well worth the effort. Enjoy
