1Make mix as directed, add cocoa powder and cinnamon. bake cake as directed
2After cooling cake torte and use a rasberry puree for filling. I just pushed the rasberries through a sieve, this worked perfectly. After damming the cake with icing I put this puree on the cake layers.
3Decorate as desired and enjoy. This cake froze well and was super moist. I froze it for one week, because I had to spend time making the decorations. Well worth the effort. Enjoy
