Ingredients

2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vinegar
4 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 1/3 cups water
1/3 cup cocoa powder

How To Make chocolate cake

Step 1

Melt margarine in microwave

Step 2

Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Step 3

Add wet ingredients and mix well.
Step 4

Pour into a 9x13 prepared baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until done.
Step 5

Frost with your favorite fudge frosting!
