Ingredients

2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup coffee, boiling
1/2 cup oil
2 - eggs
1 cup milk

How To Make chocolate cake

Step 1

In large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda.

Step 2

Add oil to coffee, then add to dry mixture. Beat mixture as little as possible.
Step 3

Mix eggs and milk together, then add to the cake batter.
Step 4

Pour batter into prepared pan(s)
Step 5

Bake 350 degrees: 25 - 30 minutes for layered cakes 1 hour for tube pan 45 min for 9 X 13 pan 15 - 20 min for cup cakes
Step 6

Best with Chocolate Candy Frosting
