I love this light and fluffy frosting. I use it decorating wedding cakes it pipes and last great. The taste is sooooo good. Fast and easy recipe with outstanding results

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 2 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract, i used vanilla paste
  • 4 oz
    semi sweet chocolate melted and cooled

How to Make Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting

Step-by-Step

  1. Whip butter 5 min. on med high. Reduce to low speed add powder sugar slowly. Then add vanilla and cooled chocolate. Increase to med high speed and whip till light and fluffy. Enjoy!
