I love this light and fluffy frosting. I use it decorating wedding cakes it pipes and last great. The taste is sooooo good. Fast and easy recipe with outstanding results

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, i used vanilla paste
- 4 ounces semi sweet chocolate melted and cooled
How To Make chocolate butter cream frosting

Step 1Whip butter 5 min. on med high. Reduce to low speed add powder sugar slowly. Then add vanilla and cooled chocolate. Increase to med high speed and whip till light and fluffy. Enjoy!
