    chocolate, unsweetened
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    walnuts, coarsely chopped

How to Make Chocolate Brownies

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt chocolate over low heat.
  2. Cream together butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Stir in chocolate and then flour; fold in nuts.
  4. Pour into greased 9-inch square pan.
  5. Bake in 325 degree oven 25 minutes; cool slightly.
