chocolate blue ribbon fudge cake
This was a winner in the Oklahoma state Fair in a catagory of 200 entries. The pic does not do it justice because I had to get the pic before it was all gone. In the entry A bundt pan was used and cake was finished with a chocolate glaze drizzle.On the top swirls of Cool whip topped with long stem marishino cherry and a sprig of mint for a polished look. This is my home version and my family loves it.Thank You Marolyn for this great addition to our family.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup nuts (optional toasted)
- 1 can herschey's chocolate syrup 16 oz.
- 1 stick butter
- 4 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 11: Cream butter and sugar together. 2: Add eggs 1 at a time mix well. 3: Add 1/2 can Chocolate syrup. 4: Add 1/2 cup flour and baking powder mix lightly. 5: Add Remainig Ingredients. I use nuts for the top. 6 Bake in a Bundt or 11x14 cake pan for 30 to 35 min. 7 Cool and frost with Chocolate Buttercream or Glaze depending on which pan used. I make my own buttercream and place Toasted almond on top.
