- 1 tablespoon almond flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1 tablespoon milk chocolate chips

Step 1Combine dry ingredients and mix well.

Step 2Whisk together milk and applesauce.

Step 3Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix well.

Step 4Fold in raspberries and chocolate chips.

Step 5Spray 8ounce microwave safe ramekin with cooking spray.

Step 6Pour batter into ramekin.

Step 7Microwave 75 seconds. If not done microwave in 30-second intervals until fully cooked. Knife inserted should come out clean.
