1Melt chocolate bars in double boiler.
2Cream margarine and sugar.
3Add melted chocolate bars.
4Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
5Sift together flour, salt, and soda and add alternately with buttermilk.
6Add chocolate syrup, vanilla and nuts.
7Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
