Beat together butter, sugar and flour until mixture is crumbly. Pat mixture on
bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan and bake in a 350 oven for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat together next 5 ingredients until blended. Stir in chocolate
chips and walnuts until blended. Pour mixture over prepared crust and continue
baking for 15 minutes or until top is golden brown. Allow to cool in pan. When
cool, cut into bars to serve. Decorate top with a faint sprinkle of sifted
powdered sugar. Makes 36 bars.
A thin layer of brown sugar cookie crust, topped with a thin layer of praline
with chocolate chips and walnuts, makes this one of the tastiest cookies ever.
This is a very thin cookie, so don't think anything went wrong.
