Ingredients
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can condensed milk
- 5 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 boxed chocolate cake mix, plus its ingredients
How To Make chocoflan

Step 1Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. You will also need to boil water. You will need a smaller baking pan and a bigger baking pan to water bathe your flan (bain-marie).

Step 2Then you will put a pan on your stove on low heat and add a cup of sugar. This will caramelize the sugar. Once it's a warm honey brown, you will pour it into your small baking pan and spread it around.

Step 3You will then start to add your dense ingredients into your blender. For example, cream cheese and condensed milk. This helps make things less messy. Then you add the rest of your ingredients.

Step 4Once blended, you will pour your mixture into your small baking pan, where we had our caramel poured. Now we will put the smaller baking pan into the bigger one and add your boiling water (fill it about halfway).

Step 5Now add it to your oven and cook for about an hour. Around the halfway mark, you are going to prepare your cake mix and pour it into your flan and cook for the remaining 30 mins.
