Ingredients

  • - can of refrigerated biscuits (any kind)
  • - oil for frying
  • - sugar for coating

How To Make chinese doughnuts ii

  • Step 1
    Heat oil to 350 degrees in a deep skillet pan to completely submerge biscuit.
  • Step 2
    Drop the biscuit dough into the hot oil and fry until it is lightly browned, turning them over mid way through the cooking time.
  • Step 3
    Drain on a rack or with paper towels to catch the oil, then roll them around in white sugar.
  • Step 4
    They can also be drizzled with honey or topped with your favorite preserves or jelly.
