How to Make CHINESE DOUGHNUTS II
- Heat oil to 350 degrees in a deep skillet pan to completely submerge biscuit.
- Drop the biscuit dough into the hot oil and fry until it is lightly browned, turning them over mid way through the cooking time.
- Drain on a rack or with paper towels to catch the oil, then roll them around in white sugar.
- They can also be drizzled with honey or topped with your favorite preserves or jelly.
