Chessbars with a twist of lemon

1 boxyellow cake mix

1 stickbutter

3 largeeggs

8 ozcream cheese softened

1 boxpowdered sugar

2 Tbsplemon juice, fresh (i use juice of 2 lemons)
How to Make Chessbars with a twist of lemon
- Melt butter in 9 X 11 baking dish
- add cake mix and 1 egg to butter, mix thoroughly and then press evenly into bottom of dish
- In medium mixing bowl, mix powdered sugar, 2 eggs, cream cheese and lemon juice. Pour over cake batter.
- Bake in 300 degree oven until lightly brown on top and top springs back when touched. Aproximately 55 minutes baking time depending on your oven temperature.
