- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup crisco butter flavor stick
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- GLAZE
- 1 cup powered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 tablespoon milk
- CAKE
- 3/4 cup cisco butter flavor stick
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 3 cups flour
- 3 medium eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 can cherry pie filling
How To Make cherry nut coffee cake

Step 1Topping: Mix sugar and flour-cut in Crisco until crumbly.

Step 2Cake-Cream Crisco, sugar, extracts in large bowl, add eggs, beat well. Combine flour, soda, salt in medium bowl-add to creamed mixture, alternately with sour cream.

Step 3Spread half batter in 13 X 9 baking pan, cover with 1/2 pie filling-spread rest of batter and top with the rest of pie filling.

Step 4Sprinkle with topping mixture. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until pick comes clean. Cool until just slightly warm - drizzle with glaze.
