Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 package 18.25 ounce white cake mix
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can 19 ounce cherry pie filling

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F. Use a 13inch by 9 inch Cake Pan.

Step 2Pour oil into pan. Tilt the pan to coat. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly on top of the oil. Add eggs and water. Stir all those ingredients together with a spatula until thoroughly blended, about 2 minutes. Scrape the sides of the pan and then evenly spread batter in the pan.

Step 3Drop spoonfuls of the Cherry Pie Filling randomly on the cake batter. Fold or swirl the pie filling until you have a marbled effect.

Step 4Bake 35 to 40 minutes. A test toothpick should come out clean. Cool cake, in the pan, at least 30 minutes on a wire rack before cutting.
