This is an easy and very pretty Dump Cake.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 package 18.25 ounce white cake mix
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can 19 ounce cherry pie filling

How To Make cherry marbled dump cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350F. Use a 13inch by 9 inch Cake Pan.
  • Step 2
    Pour oil into pan. Tilt the pan to coat. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly on top of the oil. Add eggs and water. Stir all those ingredients together with a spatula until thoroughly blended, about 2 minutes. Scrape the sides of the pan and then evenly spread batter in the pan.
  • Step 3
    Drop spoonfuls of the Cherry Pie Filling randomly on the cake batter. Fold or swirl the pie filling until you have a marbled effect.
  • Step 4
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes. A test toothpick should come out clean. Cool cake, in the pan, at least 30 minutes on a wire rack before cutting.
