1 can(s)lite or no sugar added cherry pie filling
small can(s)crushed pineapple
1/2 cmelted butter
1 cchopped pecans
1 boxyellow cake mix
How to Make Cherry Crunch
- In 9in. baking dish, mix pineapple & cherry pie filling. Spread evenly. Pour dry cake mix over mixture, spread to cover. Sprinkle chopped pecans over top. Pour melted butter over top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. or until golden. Enjoy warm or cold.
- With the pecans, there's several ways to add them, mix with cake mix, divide in half sprinkle over filling before pouring cake mix ontop pour other half ontop of mix. No matter how you decide this recipe tastes great. Also note the butter wont cover the whole thing, just pour over in 'M' pattern or drip a little here and there.
