My family loves this fast and easy dessert . This was my husbands mothers recipe and although I never actually saw it written down, it didn't matter because there are only three ingredients. You can use any can fruit you like to make this .

  • 1 can(s)
    any type of fruit pie filling
  • 1 box
    yellow or white jiffy cake mix
  • 1 stick
    melted butter

How to Make Cherry Crumble


  1. One square 8 by 8 pan . Spray with baking spray
  2. Spread one can of cherry pie filling into the bottom of the pan
  3. Evenly shake cake mix over the top of the cherry pie filling
  4. Evenly pour melted butter over the top of the cake mix
  5. Bake at 350 to 360 for one hour or until golden brown and fruit filling has bubbled up through to the top.

    Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
