Ingredients

4 tablespoons whole wheat flour
4 tablespoons brown sugar, light
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 pinch salt
3 tablespoons fat free milk
3 tablespoons canola oil
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons cherry juice

How To Make cherry chocolate mug cake

Step 1

Mix all the dry ingredients together, then add wet ingredients mixing well, then transfer to a large greased mug.

Step 2

Place in the microwave for 2-3 minutes on high. Let cool for 1 minute, you can transfer out of the mug, or eat from the mug.
Step 3

Pour chocolate glaze on top and decorate with cherries.
