How to Make Cherry Cheesecake
- Mix together softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended.
- Add eggs, mixing well.
- Pour into crust. Bake at 325 degrees for approx. 40 minutes or until done.
- After cheesecake has cooled, top with cherry pie filling (or other topping of your choice).
- Refrigerate for several hours or overnight, before serving.
